The modular pontoons are suitable for assembling motor pontoons, special crafts (like dredges and jack-up platforms), barges and all those floating structures where a particular configuration is required, varying in time, in its form and dimension. The elements are built in steel according to the design approved by RINA and are assembled on water directly from deck, by means of specific coupling rods.
The delivery or rental of the elements comes with the calculation of the stability, based on machinery to be deployed for the job execution.

Various dimensions (multiple of 3 m) with variable heights from 1.5 to 2.5 meters, purpose-designed to make the transportation easy by road, train or ship. Possibility to have particular modules like prow and stern elements, ready to accommodate propulsion groups. Built with appropriate internal skeletons and stiffeners, they weight approx. 210 kg/m3 and accept deck loads over 5 t/m2.
Costruzioni Navali is capable of delivering or designing barges, pontoons or floats according to your needs and thus for any kind of water surface (see, river or lake), any transportation type: normal or oversize, and any operations request. The pontoons are built and certified for any usage: starting from a simple landing stage for passenger motorboats to crane-pontoons able to lift big loads in areas not accessible for normal cranes; from motor pontoons for commercial transportation on lagoons up to bases for sports club or other associations.
